What is available to retailers?

Case Pricing

You can order a single unit with wholesale pricing or cases with an additional discount. Cases contain ONE SKU. Both the 7" and 11" variety are available in single units or cases.

There are 6 units in a case of 7" plush

There are 4 units in a case of 11" plush

Split Cases

If you want to try two SKUs for the price of one case, try our Split Cases! You cannot combine sizes in Split Cases.

For example: 3 units Clever Dinosaur 11 inches and 3 units Happy Dinosaur 11 inches

Low MOQs!

We understand small business! If you want to start small, our MOQ is 4 total units. This can be all one SKU or split between multiple.

Example: 2 CHA-SOC001, 1 CLE-PLU-001, 1 CLE-PLU-002

Flexible Fulfillment

Fulfillment is flexible, want your order delivered in 90 days? Great! Want to wait 120 days? Great, we'll give you 5% off! Express delivery with limited availability and fee. Stores located within a 50-100 mile radius to Rhinebeck, NY may qualify for free in person drop off by our sales team!

    Please open this document and File -> Make A Copy -> Rename with your Store's name. The original form is "View Only," so you will only be able to edit when you make your own copy! Please make sure you share your copy back with us!

  • View Invoice and Request Payment Link

    To pay online, view the payment link included in your invoice and confirmation email after we receive your order form. Not seeing a link? send info@happydinosaur.net a request and PLEASE include your invoice number. Note that check and link payment options are 100% due upfront.

  • Purchase Through Our Website Catalogue

    Want to skip the order form? You can purchase select items directly through the retail portal with express fulfillment and standard freight. Please note, this option requires 100% upfront payment and does not include the full catalogue. For split cases and single items, please refer to our order forms.

How to Pay Your Retailer Invoice from Happy Dinosaur

Step 1: Open your invoice email.

You’ll see a message from our team with an invoice summary and a link to pay online.

Step 2: Click the payment button.

You’ll be directed to a secure checkout page powered by Shopify, our trusted store platform.

Step 3: Choose your payment method.

We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, and PayPal.

Step 4: Look out for your order confirmation.

Once paid, well notify you when your order has been processed and shipped.

Website Catalogue

Our website catalogue is not available at this time, as we are working through fulfillment arrangements with our factory partner. We're sorry for the inconvenience! We expect to have the wholesale website catalogue back by September 2025 and will feature our Starter Packs and "Repeat My Order" Feature. All orders placed via order form June 1-August 1 2025 may expect a 90 day fulfillment.
